Catering to guests with an appreciation for the unconventional yet enchanting, it combines classic Victorian style (located in a heritage 1930s building) with modern amenities, to make for the ultimate easy escape, perfect for both weekends away or longer stays.

Guests also have access to shared bathroom facilities (two full bathrooms with gorgeous floor-to-ceiling black marble and a separate vanity room), a common room (including a comfortable couch, large flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, bookshelf and board games) and retro kitchenette (which provides a fridge and microwave facilities) perfect for self-catering.

The social setting also makes it easier to introduce yourself to fellow guests and make new friends.

All rates include complimentary continental breakfast featuring a selection of yoghurt, cereal, baked goods, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, juices and fresh fruit, as well as free parking.

Please note: Check in is via the front bar weekdays. On weekends check out may occur in the back bar. Reception hours are 10.00am to 10.00pm (Monday – Sunday), with check in between 2:00pm – 10:00pm and checkout at 10:00am

As you wander through the main doors into the Cat and Fiddle front bar, a selection of quality beers, wines and cocktails await you. Accompanied by a smile and warm greeting from one of our friendly staff who welcome everyone as if they’re a local.

The Cat and Fiddle Hotel proudly offers some of Australia’s finest wines and a large selection of spirits and liqueurs. Our wine list has been carefully hand-selected by a leading Sommelier, so you can be assured there will be something to please even the most discerning wine drinker.
